Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery
Refunds & Exchanges
Damaged & incorrect items:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with the photo of the damaged item and your order number at hello@primetrophies.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
- Return damaged or incorrect items within 28 calendar days of notifying us for a full refund or replacement.
- We cover the return shipping cost for damaged & incorrect items.
Change of mind:
- Notify us by sending an email to hello@primetrophies.co.uk within 7 calendar days of receiving delivery if goods are no longer required.
- Return delivered items within 28 calendar days of notification.
- You are responsible for the cost of return delivery and ensuring safe return.
- Any return delivery costs incurred initially are also your responsibility.
- The right to cancel does not apply to personalized or custom-made items.
Returned items must be:
- Complete, including all packaging and accessories.
- Unused and in ‘as new’ condition unless delivered damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days of our email confirming the status of your refund, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@primetrophies.co.uk.
Sale items
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
